The Great Banyan Tree This Banyan tree you see below is approximately 500 yrs old or more it is said by locals that this tree has witnessed many battles since the time of King Sher Shah Suri. This tree in the picture is not the original trunk but the branch of the main trunk which has taken the shape and role of main trunk now, as the main trunk got destroyed due to time and its age.  I wonder if this is the branch of the main tree how would have the main tree looked like originally.  Below is the picture of hand made coal by villagers. This is made up of coal dust and pure mud paste taken from the depth of the ponds in the village. This is the fuel for cooking food.   The Bamboo Trees Child's play going on!
